All of my working life I have been self-employed as an insurance agent and broker since 1966, and licensed as a real estate agent/ broker since 1979, and licensed as a certified broker/ appraiser since 1989.

With that came years of related education and experience with several designations. Specializing in seasonal and recreational properties, I list and sell from Emlenton, south, to Tionesta, north, on both sides of the river, as well as listing and selling residential, commercial and land.

I have been married to my wife Barbara, for 46 years; have two sons and five grandchildren.

I was born in Cranberry Township and I have lived here all my life. I worked for Cranberry Township for 17 years and decided to further my education and have been in real estate since 1999.

I graduated from Cranberry High School, took my real estate classes at Polley Associates in Erie. Also I have taken H & R Block income tax course and other courses in my spare time.

My husband is Jerome and he is retired from Penelec with 40 years service, leaving as superintendent. I have one son, Ronald, and I have 2 grandsons, Ronald Ethan and Morgan Lee who live in Gastonia, North Carolina. My son graduated from Belmont Abby with honors and is Vice President, employed by Wachovia Bank and retired with 20 years in the Pa. National Guard, returning from Iraq in 2006.
